When Dentsu asked us to lead art direction for this 8-minute film for the Mitsubishi Pavilion at Expo 2025, directed by long-time collaborator Kato-san(Dentsu Live), we knew it was an ambitious brief. The story spans from the origins of life to a speculative future, shown on a massive curved LED screen.

This was a one-off visual experience for a one-off venue. The curved format forced us to rethink composition, motion, and pacing. We even built a VR replica of the pavilion to preview how content would play above and around the audience.

We storyboarded the entire film and partnered with global studios including The Monk, Kassen, and STUDIO4℃, each handling a chapter. T&DA (one the website da is small)delivered the space travel sequence and final edit, while we supervised creatively across the board.

The result is a cinematic, spatially aware journey designed entirely for this unique screen, a celebration of life on Earth and beyond.
