We created an animated spot to advertise Subway’s Cheesy Garlic Bread with the help of AI tools and traditional vfx methods, giving us total control on the composition and animation of the final picture.
The process starts out similar to traditional animation; creating a storyboard, designing worlds and characters, and settling upon an aesthetic that perfectly portrays delicious cheese. We then trained a Cheesy LoRA model to generate the consistent cheese that we could use across the different environments. We brought individual elements to life with AI motion models and layered them all in 3D with compositing magic. By isolating elements, we give AI the ability to concentrate on details leading to more accurate results.

By bringing craft into the production pipeline, we can elevate AI commercial creation beyond just prompt engineering. In this instance we had a two week timeline, creatively lead by Chris (Cheesy) Breeze.
