For this year’s Australian lamb ad, Alt.vfx utilized the team at T&DA to turn TV presenter David Koch into an “obviously fake” AI double.

With his permission, we trained a Flux LoRA on his likeness, and inpainted his chiselled physique. To ensure consistency across camera perspectives, we used a combination of image to 3D to turn him into a model we could rotate around, and image to image with his flux lora.
